Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This policy describes how drplews.com (the "Site") and Content Agent — a first-party application Dr. Jordan Plews uses to prepare and publish his own content to his own social media accounts (the "Apps") — handle information. Short version: we collect very little, and we don't sell any of it.

2. Information the Site collects

• Contact form: if you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you provide. We use it only to respond to you.
• Hosting logs: the Site is hosted on Vercel, which may process standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to serve and secure the Site.

The Site does not run advertising trackers and does not sell personal information.

3. What the Apps access

Content Agent connects only to social media accounts owned and operated by Dr. Plews, using each platform's official API (e.g., the TikTok Content Posting API). Specifically, the Apps:

• authenticate with Dr. Plews's own accounts via OAuth;
• upload and publish content created by Dr. Plews to those accounts;
• store access tokens locally on Dr. Plews's own hardware — tokens are never shared with third parties.

The Apps do not collect, store, or process personal data belonging to third-party users. They have no user accounts, no sign-up, and no public-facing functionality.

4. Third-party platforms

Content published through the Apps appears on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Those platforms collect and process data under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

5. Data retention

Contact-form messages are retained only as long as needed to handle the inquiry. API tokens are retained while the connected account integrations remain active and are revocable at any time from the respective platform's settings.

6. Your rights

If you have contacted us and would like your information corrected or deleted, reach out via the contact form and we will honor the request promptly, subject to applicable law.

7. Children's privacy

The Site and Apps are not directed to children under 13 and do not knowingly collect information from them.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
