This website (drplews.com, the "Site") and the software tools referenced on it — including Content Agent, a first-party application Dr. Jordan Plews uses to prepare and publish his own content to his own social media accounts (the "Apps") — are operated by Dr. Jordan Plews ("we", "us").

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing the Site or interacting with content published through the Apps, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. What the Apps do

Content Agent is a private, first-party tool. It connects only to social media accounts owned and operated by Dr. Plews (via each platform's official API), and is used to draft, schedule, and publish Dr. Plews's own educational and professional content. It is not offered as a service to the public, does not act on behalf of third-party users, and does not collect data from third-party users.

4. Content and intellectual property

• All content on the Site and published through the Apps — text, images, video, and graphics — is owned by Dr. Jordan Plews or used with permission, and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
• You may share links to our content. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell it without prior written permission.

5. Educational information — not medical advice

Content on the Site and on Dr. Plews's social channels is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, does not create a doctor–patient relationship, and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using it to transmit malicious code.

7. Third-party platforms and links

The Site links to third-party platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, which we do not control.
